As you may know already the buyer’s agent works exclusively for the buyer however the seller’s agent works for the vendor / seller. As per the law, our agent cannot represent (and accept commission) both parties in the same transaction. As buyer’s agent our role is to secure a good deal on the house of your choice. We are an independent and committed entity and we have no vested interested in the selling of a particular property.
